Windgates Shetland Sheepdogs Reg. is a small hobby kennel located in Sutton, Ontario Canada. (About 45 minutes north of Toronto.) We generally produce a small number of litters per year and always with the health and temperment of the puppies foremost in our mind. All our breeding stock is tested for hips, eyes, thyroid and vWD. (a bleeding disorder) We usually breed so that we may keep something for ourselves to show in conformation and obedience. All our dogs are loved for their individual personalities. All our dogs live in our house with us. How else can they become couch potatoes?!

Due to some show people not fulfilling their promise to us, we are no longer offering show puppies. All pet puppies are sold on a CKC non-breeding agreement. All have a written guarantee. Please, if you are inquiring about puppies/adults, state where you are located, as well as a brief description of your lifestyle. We get a large number of emails from all over the globe and this will help to determine whether we have the right puppy for your situation. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
